Sammie’s journey into the world of cannabis nursing was born from personal and professional challenges. As a frontline healthcare worker during the Covid-19 pandemic, she faced an intense and unprecedented battle. The constant exposure to the virus, the stress of caring for critically ill patients, and the emotional toll of witnessing so much suffering led to her own struggles with PTSD, chronic pain, and insomnia. Conventional treatments offered little relief and she found herself searching for alternatives that could provide genuine comfort and healing. This search led her to explore the potential of medical cannabis.

Through extensive research and personal experience, Sammie discovered the profound benefits that cannabis could offer. It provided her with the relief she so desperately needed and opened her eyes to its vast therapeutic potential. Motivated by her own healing journey, she decided to dedicate her career to helping others navigate the world of medical cannabis. Sammie founded Nursing Nature's Way in 2022 to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and cannabis therapy, offering education, support, and advocacy for those seeking alternative treatments.

We are excited to introduce Chylesa Chase as our Cannabis Dental Educator and Cannager of Nursing Nature’s Way. Mrs. Chase brings over 15 years of expertise in dentistry as an Expanded Functional Dental Assistant. With her extensive background in dental health, Chylesa adds a unique layer of knowledge to Nursing Nature’s Way, offering specialized insights into the role of medicinal cannabis in supporting oral hygiene and overall wellness.

Chylesa combines her experience in traditional dental care with a passion for holistic health, focusing on how cannabis can aid in pain management, inflammation reduction, and the maintenance of a balanced oral microbiome. Her work empowers patients and dental professionals to make informed decisions about integrating cannabis into their oral health routine safely and effectively.

Mrs. Pyle graduated from Cox College of Nursing in Springfield, MO in 2004 and has an extensive background in critical care, post-anesthesia recovery, and same-day surgical services. Not only has she traveled the country working in various locations but also served the community of the US Virgin Islands.

Sammie graduated from Pacific College of Health & Science in 2023 with a Medical Cannabis Certification. This accolade has enhanced her knowledge of cannabis therapeutics & only fueled the fire behind her educational business.

Her compact nursing licensure allows her to practice in multiple states including the US Virgin Islands.

Sammie resides in Ridgedale, Missouri with her husband Scott & their four wiener dogs. Together, they enjoy life on Table Rock Lake along with roadtrips, concerts, and anything out in nature.
